Section 302
<br> to keep details updated
The Land Office shall prepare and keep up-to-date the following details regarding the government and public property within the district:-
(a) The location of government or public property or plot number and area in case of land and its position in case of house,
(b) details of the government or public property, if any, vested in or subject to any agency or institution,
(c) Other essential matters.
(2) The local level shall provide the necessary assistance to the customs office to prepare the details as per sub-section (1).
(3) After preparing the details in accordance with sub-section (1), the shipping office shall send one copy thereof to the respective district level administrative office and the local level.
(4) The local level shall collect and update the details as per sub-section (1) in relation to the community property within its area and send a copy thereof to the relevant land office.
